A. For orders shipped from our Europe location to a European destination, shipping can take between 5-10 business days after fulfilment.
For orders shipped from our USA location to a USA destination, shipping can take between 5-8 business days after fulfilment.
There are different fulfilment times depending on your order, and where the order is fulfilled.

A. We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide!
A. An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
A. Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Pro tip: The postal code / zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like Find A Postcode in the UK or USPS ZIP code lookup in the US to make sure you get it right
A. We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
A. If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A. We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
A. We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
A. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
A. At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

SPACEWARP'S FULFILMENT TIMES DURING COVID-19
Thankfully, most of the shipping delays businesses experienced in the earlier part of the year are coming to an end. But depending on where you are based, fulfilment and shipping may take longer, due to global social distancing measures. But don’t worry – your order will still reach you!
Spacewarp works with a fulfilment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfilment partner has centres in Europe and the US.
If your order is fulfilled in Europe, fulfilment times on t-shirts, stickers and prints are back to normal:
- T-shirt orders are fulfilled in 2-7 business days
- Sticker and print orders are fulfilled in 2-5 business days.
This means that if you order a t-shirt and for example you are based in the UK, the fulfilment time is 2-7 business days, and the shipping time is 5-10 business days. So the maximum expected time for you to get your order is 17 business days. But for the most part, you will receive your order a bit sooner than that!
If your order is fulfilled in the US, fulfilment times on t-shirts are still experiencing delays:
- Please expect t-shirt orders to be fulfilled in 18-23 business days.
- Sticker orders are fulfilled in 15-20 business days.
Shipping times within the US are 5-8 business days.
Happily, print orders in the US are back to normal and are fulfilled in 2-5 business days.
